Big Ol' Low-Sugar BBQ Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
- spinach
- mushrooms
- chopped chicken
- drizzle of Simple Girl Sweet 'n' Spicy BBQ Sauce
- rice
- sweet potato mash (leftovers from before) (optional)
- peas
- mashed avocado
Directions:
- Grill your chicken, cook your rice, and make some quick sweet potato mash.
- Pile that along with all other ingredients onto a big, beautiful bowl.
- Enjoy!
