Have you been looking for a tasty low sugar, low calorie BBQ sauce? Maybe you don’t avoid sugar altogether, you simply try to avoid processed sugars or to limit yourself to a reasonable amount of sugar. When you look at the labels of most BBQ sauces, you’re shocked at the list of ingredients, which include different combinations of sugar, corn syrup, molasses, and high fructose corn syrup. And, of course, BBQ sauces with these ingredients usually have about 45 calories and 10 carbs in just 2 tablespoons!

With only 15 calories, 3 Sugars and 4 Carbs, Simple Girl Sweet N’ Spicy BBQ sauce has ⅓ of the calories, sugars and carbs of most BBQ sauces. Molasses and organic stevia are used to sweeten this sauce. Molasses contains essential minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, manganese, iron, potassium, copper, phosphorous, chromium, cobalt and sodium and, as a result, may help to improve bone health and strengthen the immune system.

This healthy BBQ sauce is gluten free, contains zero fat, and zero preservatives and is perfect to use as a low calorie marinade, healthy cooking sauce, or fat free dipping sauce for all your favorite health foods. This gluten-free BBQ sauce adds the perfect sweet and spicy flavor to your meals and snacks.

This is a great casserole for the kids – actually, for the kid in all of us.
